The process

CONSULTATION
Let me know if you’re interested! We’ll talk through your brand vision, what kind of images you need (headshots, lifestyle, product, or behind-the-scenes), and how you plan to use them. Share your ideas with me here.

Planning & booking
Together we’ll create a plan that highlights your business. We’ll choose locations that fit your brand, go over wardrobe and prop ideas, and discuss any studio or venue options. A retainer and signed agreement officially reserve your spot, and the remaining balance is due after your session.

The photoshoot
My favorite part! During your session, I’ll guide you through natural posing and prompts to keep you comfortable while capturing the professional yet approachable vibe your brand needs. We’ll work efficiently to create a variety of images you can use across your website, social media, and marketing.

delivery
Within 2-4 weeks, I’ll edit and curate the best images from the session, and provide the finalized, high-resolution images via an online gallery. You’ll walk away with a versatile collection of branded photos ready to use for your business.
BRANDING session FAQs

Sessions can take place outdoors, in your business or studio space, or at a rented natural light studio (rental fee not included). I’ll help you choose the location that best fits your brand’s look and feel.

Yes! Travel is included for locations within 25 miles of Augusta. For anything further, a travel fee of $0.65 per mile applies.

I don’t cap the final gallery. You’ll receive all of the best edited images in color, along with a selection of black & white edits. I’m a little too indecisive and love surprising you with more than you expected!

Yes! Rush editing is available for $90 if you’d like your gallery delivered within 3–4 days instead of my standard turnaround. Just let me know at booking or at least a week before your session.

Branding sessions can include headshots, lifestyle portraits, behind-the-scenes images, product shots, detail photos, or a mix of all of the above. We’ll customize your session based on your business needs and how you plan to use the images.

Think about the message you want your brand photos to send. Do you want them to feel warm and approachable, clean and modern, or bold and creative? Bring 1–2 outfits that reflect this style, along with any props, tools of your trade, or products you’d like highlighted. A quick tidy of your workspace (if we’re shooting there) also helps the focus stay on you and your brand.

Yes! My team branding package includes up to 6 people, with the option to add more. These sessions cover group photos, individual portraits, and images of your business or workspace.
I’ll make sure each person feels confident and natural in front of the camera while keeping the overall look cohesive to your brand.
